With the app technicians are able to see fields such as a device's IP address, MAC address, Installation Notes, Due Date, and much more. They are also able to change the installation status of the device as their work progresses. All updates made in the app can be seen real time from our web application as well, providing project managers and system owners with full visibility of a technicians progression.
