Ibrahim Description
This mobile application has been specifically designed to streamline the process of reviewing candidates' CVs and selecting the most suitable candidates from a pool of applicants. To get started, candidates are required to complete a registration form. Once the registration process is complete, an automated welcome email is sent to the candidates.
The application utilizes a pipeline process, where the latest candidates' registration details are displayed in a user-friendly interface for system users, including Recruitment Officers, Administrators, System Administrators, and Account Managers. These users have access to candidate selection and sourcing functionalities. They can search for candidates based on various criteria such as Registration Number, National Identification Number (NIC), job position, gender, evaluation status, registration date, experiences, age, education, and religion.
The system implements four distinct user roles, each with specific permissions to efficiently manage the system and candidates. Local clients and users are required to log in using their unique credentials. For the convenience of local clients, an advanced CV sourcing platform is available. Within this platform, clients can search for CVs using various sourcing criteria, including education, experience, and more. Additionally, the system provides a CV sourcing panel to facilitate the process of sourcing candidates.
Overall, this system is proposed as an optimal solution to streamline and improve the efficiency of candidate management processes.
