DeclarAPP Description
The DeclarAPP system allows you to declare and liquidate goods in advance that cannot benefit from existing franchises.
The declaration must be made online in the DeclarAPP system on the same day that the passenger intends to enter the goods in Andorra or pick them up at the offices of Correos or La Poste.
Payment of the corresponding taxes must be made by credit card at the time of filing the return.
Once the payment has been validated, you will receive an email with a reference in the form of a barcode, which must be shown to the Andorran Customs agents.
