Access documents related to the legislative processes of the Chamber, consisting of:
• Consult the Municipal Legislation by word, theme/classification, number, period of dates and status of validity;
• Consultation of Proposals by word, number, presentation period and document status.
• Displays the complete procedure for a given proposal, listing the fields: sender, recipient, purpose of the procedure, sending date, response deadline, response date, procedure result, links to documents linked to the procedure, as well as complement/ comments;
• Consultation of session documents (Agenda and Minutes of the Agenda), showing the following information: session number, session type, date and time of the meeting and observations, text of the same, and procedure.
• With a direct link to the documents and files that make up the same.
• Consult the Frequency of Aldermen, with attendances, absences, justified absences, and licenses, displaying the date/time, number and type of session.
• Voting Consultation displaying the matters voted on, type of voting, phase, quorum and voting result, totaling the votes in favor, against, absenteeism, abstention and the nominal vote of each councilor.
• Consult the list of Councilors in office, displaying the name, party, e-mail, telephone, links to proposals presented, attendance at sessions and nominal votes;
• Also access in other document formats, if available, such as pdf, html, docx and doc.
• Consult using the search and "Recents" screen. Do the search without filling in any of the fields (bringing the most recent result) or fill in the fields you want.
• Choose from Simple, Textual and Advanced Search.
• Use the Textual Search to search the text available in the subject of the document or in its composition, being able to use double quotation marks and/or connectors for a more comprehensive search. See some examples:
- slap + hole (which contains both the words "tapa" and "hole");
- change - partial (which contains "change" and does not contain "partial");
- "water tank" or "water tank" (containing one of the two expressions);
- do not weigh (which does not contain the expression);
- "altera e (devices or rural)" (containing the term "altera" and one of the two words "devices" or "rural");
• Use Advanced Search to search for details that make up the document or "object" to be searched in question. You can also search by period in which it was made (only available for some searches).
