App has all of a sudden stopped working keeps crashing. I've had no problems in the past brilliant app don't want to loose my progress records any suggestions.

App is basically useless. Doesn't transfer data to Google fit and you cant share your data on any other app although the option is there. Keeps on giving a message that the file format is not supported. Also so support from the developer. Must say it's very user friendly and would have been a great app if everything would've worked properly.

Finally got the App to work with the scale. App was not displaying the readings at all on the first few attempts. You have to connect the scale via the Leaone App when Bluetooth on your phone is On. Do not try to connect the scale via the Phone because the device will not show up. Simply follow the instruction booklet step-by-step for Pairing, even if it is not worded correctly. When the 'GO' button is displayed, it is now paired. Always Press GO every time before stepping onto the scale.
