Central Public School was established in July 1989 as the first English Medium school in the town that followed the CBSE curriculum. In its 30 years of existence, CPS has strived to bring about a social change in this small sleepy town by advocating modern education and providing quality yet affordable education right in the heart of the city.

​CPS has constantly been rated the top institution of Samastipur delivering top-notch results in the CBSE boards and producing district toppers almost every year.
