The characters in Punishing: Gray Raven are known as Structures or Constructs, and each one has a distinct personality that is embodied by their distinct playing styles, combos, skills, and abilities. We are sure that you will find a few Structures that appeal to you based on their playstyle and cuteness, both of which are abundant in the game.

This guide will go over two variations of the gloomy but entertaining. Watanabe Knightblade, and Watanabe Astral, both are the A-Rank Variant, are the two Variants of Watanabe. Aside from their names and primary weapons, they are both distinct. They both have their own set of skills and playstyles, and as a result, they have very different characteristics. Please read our Tier List guide before proceeding with the discourse to learn more about other structures?

After reviewing the Punishing: Gray Raven's Tier list and other essential guides, you'll have enough details about the most critical Structures in this game to help you determine which of these lovely girls you want to advance in the game until the end.

If you follow our advice and roll for Watanabe, your journey to the end-game will be smooth sailing because he is an invasion structure with a unique playstyle thanks to her cannon weapon, which he heaves and hoes to demolish the opponents. With our build suggestions, you will clear the majority of the content while not worrying about the Combat Power processes of different stages. Just make sure to stick to the combos we've noted in each Variants section, and you'll be fine.

Watanabe can approach and assassinate his enemies in complete silence.

1

He is trusted and loved by the people of the Forsaken.

Watanabe names the stronghold of the Forsaken "Oasis."

The people of the Forsaken treat each other like family,

protecting their home on Earth through their actions.

2

He was initially a Construct affiliated with Babylonia, an Elite of the Execution Force.

Due to a clash of ideology with the higher-ups of Babylonia,

he forcefully removed his Inver-Device that was representing Babylonia.

He applied for essential virus protection and fled to Earth by himself.

He gathered the remaining humans and Constructs on Earth and formed the Forsaken.

3

“I want a world of peace and equality.”

He bears different opinions on the decisions made by Babylonia's higher-ups.

That is why he chose to live among the humans and Constructs that were left behind on Earth.

This feeling of prejudice only strengthened as time went on.

Until he met the Gray Raven team, his perspective of Babylonia slightly changed after their meeting.

4

His consciousness originated from him being a soldier in the army's reserves;

when the Punishing Virus broke out, this triggered his fateful meeting with Bianca.

When he rescues the people left behind in the snowy plains,

he suspected the infected priest, who seemed somewhat sane.

He is one of the many reasons Bianca killed the fatherly figure with her own hands to save the mass over an individual.

5

Compared to his human self, Watanabe became more mature and strong-willed over time as a Construct.

He now possesses the courage and determination to cut his path,

inheriting the will as a protector.

He will lead the Forsaken steadily to pursue the future they yearn for.

A Model suitable for piloting aircraft,

it is specialized and designed for Watanabe when he was working in the Execution Force.

1

This is a streamlined Model design, using unique composite material to minimize Resistance to its fullest,

capable of reflecting and absorbing electromagnetic waves, as well as reducing heat radiation.

2

His primary weapon is twin daggers that underwent a unique design. It utilizes vibrating particles to generate nano-level blades composed of air,

capable of shredding through anything on contact at the molecular level.

3

To improve the efficiency for missions provided by Babylonia, the Construct underwent another level of enhancement upgrade.

Its mobility was enhanced, along with an additional visual dynamic stealth function module.

4

This Construct is not only a testimony of Babylonia and the Forsaken's unity to fight as one on the space station; it also bears Watanabe's past. After the battle, Babylonia decided to give the Construct to Watanabe to signify sincerity and cooperation.

Watanabe reluctantly accepted it under the Commandant's persuasion, even though he had no intentions to.

5

"Power is nothing more than just power; it is only meaningful if it's used correctly."

Even after the battle on the space station, his opinion of Babylonia did not change significantly.

But he believes that the Gray Raven team is unique in its way by demonstrating the value of power righteously.

6

SECRETS

Trust Level

From a rational point of view, Watanabe can assess Babylonia objectively, however, subjectively.

He reckons the only average person worth conversing with from Babylonia is the Commandant of the Gray Raven team.

2

The Constructs he isn't good at handling are Bianca, ranking first, while Nanami is second, but the rankings may swap around.

3

He would occasionally put a coat on because he would sometimes feel 'chills' for unknown reasons.

3

He excels at haggling.

4

He stored a ton of spare hair ties in his waist bag.

4

He used his dagger to cut food into portions before; the incision was perfect.

5

Although the Construct's exterior equipment excels all-in performance,

almost everything is included except shoulder cannon and kitchen utensil storage.

5

He believes that if he were to face Bianca in a fight, this Construct would be unfair against Bianca; the technical reason is unknown.

6

This Construct’s stealth function and sound concealment is so powerful that even if he were to sneak into the Commandant’s bedroom,

he would go undetected.

6

He attempted to grow various types of plants in the desert.

7

He was seen by the Commandant when he was playing the guitar.
