Others make you wonder where all your bullets went. Choosing the wrong weapon can be especially painful when enemies, rival gangs, and the police all decide to ruin your afternoon at the same time.

This Gangstar Mirage City weapon tier list ranks the available weapons from S Tier to C Tier based on overall damage, range, fire rate, recoil, magazine capacity, mobility, and versatility. Whether you are preparing for a heist, fighting rival gangs, escaping the police, or simply testing how much chaos the city can survive, this list can help you decide which weapons deserve your money.

Gangstar Mirage City Weapon Tier List

Tier

Weapons

S Tier

Frostbite, Left for Dead, Chlorine, Starbuster, Money Shot, Skin to Bone

A Tier

Grappler, Punk Tactics, Kingpin, Head Hunter, Howler, Old Reliable, TKO, Noise Pollution

B Tier

Buzzsaw, Grim Reaper, Thunder Strike, Watchtower

C Tier

Shadowcaster, The Reverend, Left Alone

The rankings focus on practical performance rather than simply looking at one impressive stat. A weapon can have excellent damage but still struggle if its recoil is difficult to control. Likewise, a weapon with great fire rate can lose value if it cannot perform outside close range.

S Tier Weapons

S Tier is where things get serious. These weapons bring strong damage, useful range, good sustained fire, or excellent overall versatility. If you are building a late game loadout, these are the guns you should pay attention to.

Frostbite

Frostbite

Frostbite is an excellent choice when you need serious long range damage. If your loadout needs more long range power, Frostbite is one of the easiest S Tier recommendations.

Its biggest strength is reach. It can deal heavy damage from a distance and works especially well alongside a close range weapon. Instead of running toward every enemy like you forgot the objective, you can simply deal with targets before they get close.

Left for Dead

Left for Dead

Left for Dead focuses on constant pressure. Its high fire rate makes it extremely effective during extended firefights. You can keep attacking enemies instead of waiting for the perfect opening.

There is one important condition. You need to control the recoil. Once you get comfortable with it, Left for Dead becomes a dangerous weapon for aggressive players who prefer continuous damage.

Chlorine

Chlorine

Chlorine provides balanced performance across different situations and fits naturally into versatile late game loadouts. Its recoil is steady, while its fire rate makes it comfortable to use around mid range.

Point at the problem. Shoot the problem. Move on. Sometimes the boring weapon is secretly the smart weapon.

Starbuster

Starbuster

Starbuster is built for situations where one enemy turns into five enemies very quickly. It brought a large magazine to the conversation.

Its large magazine allows you to maintain pressure without constantly reloading. Its sustained fire rate is particularly useful during prolonged fights against multiple targets.

This makes Starbuster a strong option when you expect extended combat.

Money Shot

Money Shot

Money Shot’s high damage makes accurate long range shots extremely rewarding. Instead of relying on a constant stream of bullets, you can focus on making individual shots count.

It also fills the dedicated long range role very well in balanced loadouts.

Skin to Bone

Skin to Bone

Skin to Bone’s large magazine is excellent for sustained fire and dealing with multiple enemies. It can also maintain strong damage over long distances, which gives it more flexibility than you might expect from an LMG.

The main drawback is recoil. You need some discipline to keep it under control. Once you do, Skin to Bone becomes extremely effective for holding an area and keeping enemies under constant pressure.

A Tier Weapons

A Tier weapons are highly useful and can perform extremely well. They may have a specific weakness compared with S Tier weapons, but they are still excellent additions to a serious loadout.

Grappler

Grappler

Grappler is a rocket launcher with plenty of destructive potential. It deals heavy damage over long distances and is particularly useful for destroying vehicles or dealing with distant targets. And its large magazine is another major advantage.

The problem is mobility. Carrying this much firepower makes repositioning harder, which can become dangerous when enemies start moving quickly.

Still, when the situation calls for something big and loud, Grappler is hard to argue with.

Punk Tactics

Punk Tactics

Punk Tactics is made for aggressive close range combat. Its high fire rate makes it effective when pushing enemies in tight spaces. If enemies cannot create distance, this weapon can put serious pressure on them.

Its weakness becomes obvious in open areas. Once enemies spread out, its short range starts holding it back. Keep the fight close and Punk Tactics performs much better.

Kingpin

Kingpin has a very high fire rate and can deliver significant damage per second when you stay on target. Another advantage is its recoil. Compared with its LMG counterpart, Skin to Bone, Kingpin is easier to control.

The trade off is mobility. Repositioning can be difficult during fast moving fights, so you need to choose your position carefully. Standing in one place with a giant weapon is not technically a strategy.

Head Hunter

Head Hunter

Head Hunter is one of the more flexible options in the A Tier.

Its high fire rate gives it strong offensive pressure, while its overall performance allows it to work across different combat situations.

It is especially useful as the main weapon in a flexible loadout. It does not have one giant gimmick that completely separates it from the best assault rifles. But consistency matters.

Howler

Howler

Howler is a strong shotgun for aggressive players. It offers exceptional damage while reaching farther than many basic shotguns. That extra range gives you more room to work with during close range encounters.

However, it still struggles when enemies are genuinely far away.

Old Reliable

Old Reliable

Old Reliable has a high fire rate and strong pressure from close to medium range. It can also maintain solid damage when targets move toward medium distance.

That flexibility gives it an advantage over SMGs that lose effectiveness quickly when enemies move away.

Its main weakness is simple. Its damage does not reach the absurd levels of the S Tier options.

TKO

TKO

TKO gives sniper players a more active playstyle. Its high fire rate allows for faster follow up shots than slower sniper options. This is useful if you prefer staying involved in the fight instead of waiting forever for one perfect shot.

The problem is recoil. Repeated precision shots become harder to land if you cannot control the kick.

Noise Pollution

Noise Pollution

Noise Pollution is another aggressive SMG option. Its high fire rate makes it very effective at close range and allows you to maintain serious pressure.

Recoil is the main problem. Once you move outside its preferred range, controlling the weapon becomes more difficult. At that point, your bullets may start sightseeing instead of hitting enemies.

Keep things close and Noise Pollution becomes much more dangerous.

B Tier Weapons

B Tier weapons are perfectly usable. They have clear strengths and can perform well in the right situations. They simply have more noticeable limitations than the higher tier options.

Buzzsaw

Buzz Saw

Buzzsaw is all about explosive damage. It can deal explosive damage at different distances, making it especially useful when multiple enemies are grouped together. Its balanced attributes also make it relatively easy to combine with other weapons.

The catch is situational value. If enemies are not grouped together, much of its appeal disappears.

When the blast radius matters, Buzz Saw is excellent. When it does not, other weapons become more attractive.

Grim Reaper

Grim Reaper

Grim Reaper is a beginner friendly shotgun. It provides decent range while still delivering the close range destruction you expect from a shotgun. It is especially useful in missions where enemies are constantly forced into close quarters.

Just do not expect it to become a sniper rifle. Its damage drops over longer distances, so keep the fight close and let the shotgun do what shotguns do best.

Thunder Strike

Thunder Strike

Thunder Strike combines a high fire rate with a large magazine.

That makes it useful during close range fights where constant pressure matters. You can keep firing without needing to reload every five seconds. Its main weakness is range and damage compared with stronger pistols.

Watchtower

Watchtower

Watchtower focuses on stopping power and range. It performs well around close to mid range and can also handle enemies from farther away. That makes it useful when enemies refuse to politely walk into shotgun distance.

Its main limitation is versatility. Compared with stronger assault rifles, it has a harder time adapting when combat constantly switches between different ranges.

Still, if you want dependable ranged performance without making your loadout complicated, Watchtower gets the job done.

C Tier Weapons

C Tier does not mean these weapons are completely useless.

They can still work, especially early on. The problem is that their weaknesses become much more obvious once better options become available.

Shadowcaster

Shadowcaster

Shadowcaster is comfortable and easy to control. That makes it a decent backup weapon, especially while you are still learning the game.

Unfortunately, its range and damage do not keep up with stronger pistols.

The Reverend

The Reverend

The Reverend can deal decent damage, but recoil is its biggest problem.

Controlling sustained fire can be difficult. If your aim is not steady, a lot of those bullets may end up decorating the walls instead of hitting enemies.

It is usable, but recoil control is important. Without it, ammunition disappears much faster than enemies do.

Left Alone

Left Alone

Left Alone is an SMG with friendly recoil. That makes it a reasonable weapon for learning how SMGs work.

The problem is its long term potential. It does not offer the magazine capacity or range advantages that some stronger SMGs provide. Once you unlock better alternatives, Left Alone becomes increasingly difficult to justify.

It is just increasingly difficult to defend when the better toys are sitting right there.

Which Weapons Should You Use?

If you want the shortest possible answer, start by looking at the S Tier weapons.

For long range damage, Frostbite and Money Shot are strong choices. If you want sustained fire, Left for Dead, Starbuster, and Skin to Bone are excellent options. For balanced performance, Chlorine is one of the safest picks.

A Tier weapons are also worth using if their playstyle matches your needs. Grappler is particularly useful for heavy explosive damage, while Howler and Punk Tactics are better suited to aggressive close range combat.

For newer players, easier weapons to control can sometimes be more valuable than a theoretically stronger weapon. A gun you can actually hit enemies with is generally better than a powerful gun that turns every firefight into an accidental fireworks show.

Final Thoughts

The biggest lesson from this Gangstar Mirage City weapon tier list is that weapon strength is not just about raw damage. Range, recoil, magazine size, fire rate, mobility, and combat situation all matter. S Tier weapons are generally the safest investments, but an A or even B Tier weapon can still perform extremely well when it matches your playstyle.

And remember, the city already has enough problems. You do not need to make things harder by bringing a weapon you hate using. Pick something comfortable, upgrade it when possible, and start causing the appropriate amount of completely unnecessary chaos.

If you are ready to jump into Gangstar Mirage City, you can also use LDPlayer to download and play the game on PC. A bigger screen, keyboard and mouse controls, and a more comfortable setup can make those chaotic firefights a little easier to handle. Now go forth, pick your favorite weapon, and try not to turn every mission into a five star police chase.
