Punishing Gray Raven Grand Blue Event is up for F2P

A new year has begun, and it is time for new things related to the games. Most of the gacha games are now readying for the Lunar New Year, but the Punishing Gray Raven decided to have the celebration in a totally different way. They are going to celebrate the summer with the event Grand Blue.

As a player, you may not still be ready for the summer during this winter, but this guide has been created for helping you all. The heat is coming along with the event. And this Grand Blue event has been planned to continue from 26th January till 1st March 2022.

 

Basic Overview of Grand Blue Event

 

Despite all the summer skins that players are receiving, they will take their first Transcendent in here. The Camu: Crocotta with a Construct and Vera: Rozen, mostly known as the Compositors.

 

 

Transcendents are defined as new types of playable characters , and they come with their own memories and class as the vanguard. They got the major buffs from Dark Zones and the special stages, which will appear on the Babel Tower and many other modes.

 

Typically, Camu: Crocotta is an S ranked Transcendent and here is being guaranteed with a dropping on his banner to pull any A ranked character with every ten pull. F2P players should pull Camu since transcendent is a must to include in their side for clearing contents that are not capable of the normal constructs.

 

Talking about Vera: Rozen will be an A-ranked construct with a healing role for the dark teams. You need to pull her definitely as Vera holds a great DPS as a healer, and she is very useful for a player during the war zone. 

 

Players cannot farm Inver Shards of Vera by the event shop. They can only unlock her from the gacha or by having to farm her shards through Vera's interlude.

 

Remember, when the event has started, most of the A-ranked constructs can only be obtained from the middle of the event. Vera will be unlocked on the game from 7th February onwards.

 

Chapters of the Event

 

Grand Blue will not have a whole mode or a section for grinding like the ones in Kowloon Metropolis. There will be no specialized event shop as well. Instead, it will have a Resource Shop.

 

The event will add an AE-5 Cataclysm as a new stage for the Combat supply for grinding needs. AE-5 will be the sole stage for grinding on, and you can farm for the tokens in exchange for a 6-star Memories within the Resource Shop.

 

 

Rather than introducing new chapters, the Grand Blue event introduces players with EX chapters. They are functioning similar to the new main story chapter, and they will be added to the game permanently. If you are a F2P player, you are totally free to ignore this chapter as it is not mandatory within the gameplay.  

 

With the Grand Blue Event, Punishing Gray Raven is adding some new interlude stages for its new added characters. If you own a Transcendent or a Construct, you have access to their Interludes at any time. Unless you farm for Inver Shards of Vera, it will work, clearing them and never touching them more.

 

Memories and AE-5 Resource Shop

 

Resource Shop will only sell 6-star memories from it, and there are 8 of them as follows.

• Koya

• Hanna

• Shakespeare

• Bathlon

• Heisen

• Zu Wenyuan

• Patton

 

Here, Koya will be a new memory, and she will be especially used for Camu: Crocotta. You are free to farm up anything you need. Out from the Resource Shop, there will be 3 5 star memories from a new event, and they will be added to the game. Those are

 

• Lantern Festival: Reunion

• New Year Fireworks

• Liv-Ceremony

 

Among these 3, the only memory meta which is actually enough for serious gameplay is the Lantern Festival: Reunion. And it will be a primary support for Vera: Rozen and for Liv: Lux for the purpose of buffing their teams. More information for how they can be shared are detailed on the vent by itself.

 

Grand Blue Event – ​​Other Contents

 

The guild system is more exciting as an addition to this game from the vent. It has been dubbed the United Command Bureau, and players are given a chance to join with their friends and others within the United Command Bureau and take missions and rewards. 

 

Those rewards are included with the Transcendent shard as well.

 

 

More than that, there is a brand new model that appeared at this event as Autopoiesis, and in there, players can use Constructs and the Transcendent to clear several stages. And also, players can select their stages from a grid that has been filled with hexes. So they can make their paths for the boss while buying their buffs.

 

Autopoiesis mode is reset every week, and it has awards like portrait frames for the profile picture.

 

Babel Tower and another roguelike mode it also brings up by the Grand Blue event. Babel tower will be around a theme park this time, and the latter is called the Legend of the Executor.

 

Gabriel is the featured Co-op boss in this Grand Blue event level, and the difficulty level is also back. In the single-player boss challenges, Shark-speare will be the new boss and make sure to clear all the Black Cards’ 5 difficulties.  

 

Operation summer as a new mode will also appear here with multiple mini-games. Some mini-games will feature PVE, while others are related to PVE.
