I think this app is not directly responsible for serving those annoying pop up ads. It took me a while to figure this out but for me it was the app HealthFit. It served pop up ads everywhere, even on my lock screen. If you're having the same problem go to your apps, check last used. Samsung Experience will probably be at the top but look for the app next to it. That's the one you want to uninstall. Nevertheless Samsung Experience is a conduit to those ads so still dislike.
Every day, nonstop, it's crashing. I can't finish typing a sentence without it crashing. Every single time I use my keyboard -- Samsung Experience Service has crashed. I've restarted my phone and it makes it worse. This has been going on for months. Cleared my cache, etc., this app won't stop crashing. I've heard people recommend deleting it but that's not an option-- it either reinstalls itself or never fully deletes the app in the first place. By far, the worst feature I've ever encountered.
Can't turn off notifications. The kicker is, if you COULD turn off notifications, I never would have noticed/cared that this app existed. Now that there's constantly a notification telling me to sign in again, despite not having an account, I've started hating Samsung with a fiery passion. It's a real shame. I've been a loyal customer for 2 decades. Next phone, TV, speaker system, etc will NOT be a samsung. If you begin listening to your customers, you've still got a chance to change my mind.
