This is a good initiative. Technical it is. However, problems were encountered logging in. errors always appear, unang log-in palang invalid email or password even if the email and pasword were typed carefully and correctly. I even uninstalled and reinstalled but still, same problem appears, i even used phones of others who successfully logged -in but still, same problem appears
needs more fixing. data transfer rate is very low and constant unknown error shows. this is happening due to massive personnel logging in and logging out which causes data traffic on your servers. hoping that this can be resolved properly. thank you
Terrible app!!! Should have been locally/regionally tested first before being mass tested nationwide. Spending so much time logging in and submitting time-in photo instead of doing usual police functions. ITMS developers and staff should invest heavily in data management for much larger IT projects in the coming future. There's not even any sophistication here and it's giving the entire force a hard time connecting despite having enough web connectivity.
