So disappointed that I paid for a year subscription. It wants extra money for everything. The location is not accurate at all. I thought after I paid I would be able to lock the kids apps, nope wants more money. Need more surround sound, more money. I canceled and thought they would prorate for only a month but I was wrong. Such a waste of money.. I'll be going back to Life360. Even the free version of that is better than this.
Commercial for this app made it appear easier to use, and had no mention of having to download secondary apps nor additional costs for additional features. I've now paid for the full amount of services for the year and still cannot get all the options to function correctly. I will continue to try for a few more days, but will be requesting a refund and moving to a free, more user friendly, service after that.
This app worked perfectly for about a month, then a few weeks ago it went off course and now is hit or miss. The location path it shows is often a scrambled route that isn't even possible, and the "sound around" option only works for about 10 seconds at a time. I've tried re-setting & re-installing. The only thing left is to delete the app and try another.
